Brian Rodan practices in the areas of real estate, commercial transactions, finance and joint ventures. Brian has extensive experience with real estate purchase agreements, leases, debt financing. He has been actively involved in all stages of the life-cycle of partnerships/joint ventures from formation through stable operations to termination/buyout.
Brian has significant experience with secured and unsecured credit facilities and recourse as well as non-recourse financing transactions. His experience includes intellectual property and trademark matters.
Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Brian was internal counsel for Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc. in Seattle, where he focused on acquisitions, partnerships, financing and commercial matters. Brian and his wife Cheryl have two sons. Most of their free time centers around their son’s sports schedules.
