Sallie Lin

Sallie Lin provides legal counsel to developers and tax credit investors in the financing, planning, and development of housing and economic development projects. Sallie's practice in these areas includes real estate transactions which use Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, and state and local funds.

Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Sallie served as a developer for a Seattle low income housing organization. Near the top of Sallie's to-do list is to learn Spanish, hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and discover new restaurants.
