Patrick Evatt

Patrick Evatt's practice focuses on the representation of participants in multi-family housing finance transactions, with an emphasis on tax credit property financings. Patrick has extensive experience serving as counsel to issuers, lenders, credit enhancers, and underwriters in the structuring and negotiation of complex tax-exempt and taxable financings throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Patrick served as an assistant general counsel to the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) and practiced as a public finance lawyer with a large law firm. He also spent two years as a law clerk to a federal district court judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
