Daniel Budihardjo

Dan Budihardjo practices real estate development and finance with an emphasis on projects financed by low income housing tax credits and new markets tax credits. He represents developers and tax credit investors through all stages of the project development, including owner-entity formation, site acquisition, due diligence, and project financing. As part of his practice, Dan regularly creates condominiums, subdivisions and homeowners associations. He also drafts limited partnership agreements, condominium declarations, CC&Rs, and articles and bylaws of homeowners associations. Dan has a great interest in sustainable development, and advises his clients on green building incentives that may be available to developers.

Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Dan served as a law clerk for the WA Attorney General's Office Ecology Division. Dan graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon with a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. Prior to law school, Dan worked as sustainability coordinator for a commercial property management company in Portland, Oregon.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys traveling, skiing, cooking, photography and going to the movies.
