Susan Boyd
Shareholder
Susan Boyd is a shareholder in the firm, which she joined in 2000. Susan represents nonprofit, for-profit and public entities in all aspects of the financing, planning and development of affordable housing and economic development projects. She has extensive experience in utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bond financing, HUD-insured financing, HUD capital advance programs, and other public subsidy programs. She represents owners and developers as well as tax credit investors and syndicators. She is a member of the board of the Housing Development Consortium, a local housing advocacy organization.
Prior to practicing law, Susan worked with nonprofit and public sector housing and human service organizations as a social worker, housing advocate, policy analyst, and program manager.
Outside of work, Susan spends as much time as she can with her family, coaches girls' soccer, and enjoys the water and mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
